   Season Your Cookware:

If your cast iron cookware is new or you've stripped and reseasoned it, start by seasoning it. This creates a non-stick surface and prevents rust.

Preheat your oven to around 350-400°F (175-200°C).

Wash and dry the cookware thoroughly.

Apply a thin layer of vegetable oil or flaxseed oil to the entire surface, inside and out.

Place the cookware upside down on the oven's center rack to catch any excess oil that may drip.

Bake for about an hour. Turn off the oven and let the cookware cool completely.

  Cooking:

Use your cast iron cookware frequently. The more you use it, the better its seasoning becomes.

Preheat your cast iron cookware before adding food. This helps prevent sticking.

  Cleaning:

After cooking, allow the cookware to cool slightly but not completely.

Use our cast iron scrubber to remove food residue.

Avoid using soap or abrasive scouring pads, as they can strip away the seasoning.

If needed, you can rinse with water, but don't soak the cookware.

Dry the cookware thoroughly with a towel or by placing it on a low heat burner to evaporate any remaining moisture.
